Entry and exit card readers allow tenants to come and go as they wish during operating hours, every day of the year.

In addition to 24-hour alarm monitoring, video cameras with motion detection record any movement in the facility. Tenants have 24/7 internet access to two video camera with pan, tilt and zoom capability for viewing their vehicles.
Fire Protection
The facility is equipped with sprinklers and centrally monitored fire systems.
